The "catechisms" of Carlos Zéfiro, the pornographic HQs that were designed to beak-to-pity and printed on cheap paper, and in the years 50 and 60 were sold illegally in barber shops and newspaper stalls.
The comics magazines of slutty were known as catechisms because were the sexual initiation of boys of that time. The catechisms represent the spirit of the season in what was considered a transgression acquire a work of that. In time of the Brazilian dictatorship, Carlos Zéfiro produced his little stories, hidden, in th free hours job.
The author, the public server Alcides Caminha, only assumed that he was Carlos Zéfiro in 1991, in an interview to Playboy magazine. After this interview, is known more about him, a tipycal person of Rio de Janeiro (carioca) and good samba man, partner in compositions of Nelson Cavaquinho (famous brazilian compositor).
Currently, the catechism was reprinted and are selling in some bookstores. The publishing A Cena muda will reward the Best Animations of FIAE with the collection of the Zéfiro Catechism.
